15ok Terms and Conditions

Introduction and Acceptance

15ok ("we", "our", "platform") is an online gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("user", "member") and 15ok.

Account Registration and Eligibility

• Each person may operate only one account.
• Must not currently hold an account that has been banned or suspended by 15ok.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, address, mobile number and date of birth provided at registration must be completely accurate. If false information is provided, 15ok reserves the right to terminate the account and withhold the associated balance.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) fully confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, contact 15ok support immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Terms

All financial transactions on 15ok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The main financial terms are set out in the table below:

4.1 Deposit Terms

Deposited funds must be sent only from the account holder's own mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad or Rocket). Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests may only be made from a verified account. Withdrawal funds will be sent directly to the mobile banking number used at the time of deposit. Withdrawals may be temporarily held if any active bonus wagering requirement has not been met.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

15ok is committed to preventing money laundering and suspicious financial activity. In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, 15ok may request identity verification and additional information.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times (20x) — meaning the total bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; unused bonuses will expire at the end of that period.
• If the same person attempts to earn bonuses by creating multiple accounts from the same IP address or the same device, all associated accounts will be terminated.
• 15ok reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by the platform.
• Bonus funds will be kept separate from the user's main balance and may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

15ok has three VIP tiers and weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Eligibility for promotion to a VIP tier is determined based on account activity and gaming history. Detailed terms and conditions apply to cashback.

Platform Usage Rules

6.1 Permitted Use

Users may use 15ok solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Any commercial use of the platform is prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or gaining advantages through fraudulent means.
• Using automated software, bots or any automated tools.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Conducting money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the 15ok platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, code — is the exclusive property of 15ok and is protected by applicable copyright law.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify or commercially use any content from the platform without written permission. Content from game providers (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming and others) is protected under the respective providers' copyright.

Privacy and Data Protection

How your personal information is collected, stored and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you are also accepting the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

9.1 Service Availability

Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any outstanding balance before closing your account.

10.2 Suspension by 15ok

15ok may suspend or terminate an account without prior warning in the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Registration using a false identity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Breach of the age requirement (under 21 years of age).

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable or void, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between the user and 15ok and supersede any prior oral or written understanding.
